Great location and price

Pros: Easy parking, cozy suite, coffee pot and small kitchen area. Safe location, and close to restaurants and beach.

Would not hesitate to stay here again. Fantastic experience.

Pros: Room was ready early in the morning the day we arrived, well ahead of standard check in time.

Cons: Not within owner's control, but there is a garage band neighbor across the street that practiced for about 2-3 hours Saturday eveing. Fortunately they stopped at a reasonable hour.

Pros: We've stayed at this home before but the setup was different. The suite we stayed in (remodeled from a garage) is an all in one for us. We love it.

Homey Getaway

Pros: The Tiki Master Suite was a perfect fit for our family vacation. We were close to the beach and food/shopping. The suite comfortably fit three people, had a well-stocked kitchen, and we loved having a private seating area and gated private entrance. It was also a nice added bonus to have surfboards to use, and free parking on site!

It was a pleasant, reasonable priced accommodation

Pros: The location was convenient. The beach chairs, boogie boards were nice accommodations. The Ac worked well.

Cons: The cooking is a bit awkward. There is no microwave, the dials on the toaster oven were worn off so settings were a guess. We had to email to directions for the induction stove. The stove does not get very hot. Storage for everything in the kitchen is under the sink. The bathroom had a bit of an odor and the step up to the bathroom is very high.

Pros: Nice and open, comfortable bed and couch. Wonderful AC and water pressure.

Cons: The Bed was very Creaky/Noisy which was a bit frustrating at night when one of us (my spouse and I) has to get up while the other is sleeping.
