Pros: Friendly staff who welcomed you with a hello and smile every day. Good selection of breakfast items where the area was kept clean and tidy and fully stocked. Excellent location to the freeway but no road noise from the room.

Worth the money

Pros: Good and friendly staff, clean rooms, 15 min walk down to the beach.

Very Clean and Comfortable 🛏️

Pros: Very clean, welcoming staff and easy check in process. Bed was nice big and comfortable. Had a Fridge freezer which was very useful due to the heat.

Cons: No qualms

Pros: Everything was good. Clean and delicious breakfast. Nice staff and very responsive GM.

Cons: Rooms do not have a safety deposit box.

Definitely would stay here again.

Pros: Stayed 5 nights. Excellent value for money. Especially enjoyed the hot breakfasts! Pool and jacuzzi were excellent. Easy location to reach from motorway and handy for going to the outlet centre just a couple of miles away. Ideal for going up to Carlsbad town centre and Oceanside or back down to San Diego. Also has a Coaster train station in walking distance, Carlsbad Poinsettia, which takes you down to Old Town, San Diego among other places. Handy if you don't want to drive.

Cons: Only thing missing for an international traveller is a safe in the room, otherwise this hotel would have received a 10 out of 10!

It is worth the price.

Pros: The room was quite big and fully equipped. The staff was always available. In general, the room looked well cleaned.

Cons: The property has a non-smoking policy, however there were people smoking on the parking lot. It is hard then to know how it really works, and you can get afraid to smoke somewhere, since a fee of 200 dollars may be applied if you smoke inside the property. The surrounds are really dark and there is not much. That means, to smoke, I needed to walk around in the desert streets. Did not like that experience.

Pros: The room was really spacious and everything was clean The hot tub was lovely and the staff really helpful The breakfast was excellent

Cons: Next to a very noisy freeway so beware Room smelt of stale smoke - we had already moved rooms re noise so took this as a trade off Provisions for drinks etc in rooms was a bit rubbish

Overall, a good experience.

Pros: The location was fine. The breakfast offered was good, except for the scrambled eggs and potatoes. The dining area was well equipped and clean.

Cons: I did not like that we did not get a room on the first floor as was requested upon booking due to walking mobility.
