Pros: Lovely big rooms. Nice clean laundry services with 2 big washing machines and 2 dryers. We liked the seperate living area in our room

Pros: The front desk staff were great. Rooms are good as are th common areas.

Cons: Breakfast. I am sure you can do more. So sick of scrambled egg every day, day in day out. Come on.

Service and overall experience was great, happy to go back!

Pros: Everything great except for the breakfast, very low quality food, service at restaurant is a 10, but food is like a 3 out of 10, sorry guys, nobody is perfect

Cons: You need to offer a good breakfast if that's included in the room price, if not, I would not offer it included in the price

Pros: Great location about a 15 min drive from the beach. Close to restaurants and stores. Good area.

Our stay was great for the value.

Pros: Location was very convenient and in close proximity to LEGOLAND. The staff was very friendly and professional. Breakfast was good and consistently refilled.

Cons: Beds were a little too soft, but that is a personal preference.

I wish I could have given better points

Pros: William was amazing at the check in. Very nice and accommodating. He assisted me on dinner options and made me feel welcomed like I was at home.

Cons: The carpet in my room was stained and buckled in some areas. The outside noise was bad. Request a room on the backside of the hotel.
