A lovely little stay in San Diego!
Pros: Great location, 2 min walk to the beach and within walking distance of restaurants and food. Great value for money!
Cons: Shower pressure could be better, but is serviceable

Great location, very clean, modern and comfortable.
Pros: Decent sized pool, Chrome cast, sofa and bed were comfortable, strong AC was very much appreciated!
Cons: Plastic cutlery and plates were hard to use. Coffee could have included more non decaf options.

Great location at a reasonable price
Pros: Check in process was smooth. Locked gates and lighting surrounding the building add a nice security feature. Parking was close and convenient. We stayed on the ground floor, so it was reasonably easy to roll our luggage through the property. There isn't a lot of space to keep large suitcases in the room, at least ours was a bit crowded. There was a desk, a dresser, a renovated bathroom, functional tv, remote controlled ceiling fan over each bed, good lighting options, fully carpeted floor except tile in the bathroom. We had no issues with noise. We slept well and found the beds comfortable. Pool is the centerpiece with rooms surrounding. We swam in the pool (in December) and it was fine, too cool in the shade, but kids had fun and the availability of beach towels and loungers was great. Walking distance to the Pacific shore boardwalk and plenty of restaurants. A short drive to Sea World. Great location and very reasonable price.

Great, updated and clean spacious suite located perfectly in the heart of Pacific Beach.
Pros: Updated, clean and spacious suite. Great location.
Cons: The only drawback is that the rooms are not insulated very well and i could hear the occupants on both sides and above ....walking, snoring, talking, and their tv.

Pros: Great location, spacious and comfortable- reasonably quiet.
Cons: Our room came with a kitchen however there was no cutlery and cups and plates were paper only.

Excellent place. Great value. Friendly staff. Good location.
Pros: From the moment I arrived I felt welcomed and taken care of. The property was great. Very quaint, good location, nice pool. The rooms were equally great. Nice set up, had everything you needed. If you are looking for a great place for a good value, a good location with very friendly staff this is the place! My biggest disappointment is that there are two months I am headed here and there is no availability for the dates that I will be traveling here....If I had a choice I would stay here every time. It was so great!
Cons: The only not great thing that was resolved, was when I checked in the room had a bit of a smell, but there were ceiling fans and air and once I got all that moving it seemed to go away. I may be due to the age of the property, unsure. But it wasn't awful, just not the most pleasant smell. Otherwise everything else was wonderful.
