Pacific Terrace Hotel

A lovely stay in a friendly and well located spot.

Pros: We loved that the hotel is right on the boardwalk. The staff were so friendly and welcoming - a happy vibe! Our room was comfortable. Walking distance to some good eateries. Lovely pool area.

Cons: The lighting in our room could have been better. Breakfast was good but the dinner choices weren’t great.

Paradise in San Diego

Pros: it's right in front of the beach. You can sleep hearing the waves. The room was spacious. And the location the best part of San Diego. you could easily reach the other neighborhoods in 20 minutes by car. No traffic!

Pros: The location is amazing, right on the coast, minutes from local cafes and restaurants, the facilities were great, including a heated outdoor pool. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons: A little pricey, particularly given that we stayed in the off season.

Pros: The staff were so welcoming, the views, the SUNSET! Location was a 10/10, room size was perfect. I was worried this wouldn’t be accommodating for families, but so glad I was wrong! We will be back!

Cons: We asked for a partial ocean view room, but we couldn’t really see the ocean as we were on the ground floor. However, the room was perfect and meant we had easy access to the pool, would highly recommend ground floor for families.

A wonderful location right on the Pacific coast, ideal for morning jogs and walks.

Pros: A very cozy hotel. Incredibly friendly staff. Convenient covered parking. Delicious food options. Excellent (and unique) location. Exemplary cleanliness and very discreet room service. We don't know if we'll ever return to San Diego, but if we do, this will be our hotel of choice again.

Cons: There is no such thing.

All in all we had a great time

Pros: It was clean and the staff were very good . Lived they did Happy hour and fresh biscuits in the afternoon. Room was nice and big but a bit noisy near the parking lot.

Cons: The breakfast was good but expensive , the downstairs rooms are overlooked if you are on your terrace.

Pros: Location and size of room were excellent- pool and as well positioned and airy.

Cons: The metal chairs were shockingly loud scraped against the tiles of the terrace. The screeching echoed throughout the courtyard and every single room faces the courtyard.

Pros: Loved sitting on the balcony and watching the sunsets. Great location and I loved the free bike hire.

Cons: Spa was not in great shape but otherwise we loved our stay.

Pros: The PERFECT location. From arrival, staff were so helpful, we upgraded our room which was the right call, great size for a family and opened onto the pool. Next to boardwalk, could see the sea, surfers and on 2 occasions dolphins
