Pros: Perfect for long term stay, like it says. An economical way to stay

Pros: The staff were very friendly and the room was very clean.

Cons: The worst bed ever! The mattress was directly on a metal frame with metal slats and the mattress kept sliding off the bed. There was hardly any room between the bed and bathroom wall.

Pros: Studio type had small amenities which is real good for longer stays. The bed was comfortable and the ac blasted real good.

Cons: No way to dim light in room so it was either pitch black or bright light, we had the bathroom light on and the door halfway closed but it would turn off by itself later on. Breakfast offered is not really breakfast. It’s more of grab your coffee and a snack and go back to your room. The hallway on 4th flr was warm and musty.

Pros: The property was clean and the staff was polite and friendly. Elizabeth was very polite and pleasant! All of the staff seemed to actually have great respect for the visitors and were happy to help. I felt safe and cared for.

Pros: The entire San Marcos personnel team is always friendly and ready to help with any questions or needs. I am especially impressed with how well miss Samantha has been exemplary throughout my entire stay! She is always smiling, positive and very professional! She makes me feel welcome and comfortable during my several stay here at SM extended suites. Thank you for making every day an enjoyable experience :)

Pros: I like how clean and quiet the whole building was ! The TV selections was also really good.

Cons: Someone left trash in the hallway for the whole 2 days we were staying there and no one threw it out.

Pros: The location was convenient and safe. The price was great. The staff was available, friendly, and prompt. The room was clean and coming with quality appliances . Simple free coffee, muffins and snack bars. Perfect find.
