Perfect option for heading north from SAN airport

Pros: Great option for short drive stay straight off the plane from Europe. Large rooms and competitive price. Nearby pizza restaurant walkable few minutes from hotel.

I am never disappointed at this place.

Pros: Definitely the nicest hotel in the area. I've stayed about six weeks over the last year. Clean, spacious, kind staff, right off the freeway (but safe) and a solid breakfast offering.

This trip was a short one night stay. Everything went as expected and was very pleased.

Pros: Breakfast was good but it could have used some potatoes. Clean rooms are a big plus. The staff was very friendly and professional. I choose this location over many beachfront properties because of the safety of the parking lot and the protection of my vehicle. Although it is not ideal, it is much safer than many other choices.

Cons: There isn't much to not like about this location. If I'm going to be picky, they could have upgraded the toilet paper. Very poor quality and I was very surprised to find they supplied just about the worst one could buy. But it wasn't a deal breaker.

We went to take advantage of the last day of the senior free San Diego zoo wild animal park. We had a nice relaxing day

Pros: We enjoyed the free breakfast. We liked the leisurely feel of the property. We liked that it was within walking distance of some restaurants.

Cons: We were a little surprised that we were not thanked for being gold elite members. Usually we get some kind of a token gift. We had to ask for that and we’re told that usually they don’t give it to members of our status. Every other place we’ve been to, however, did thank us and gave us some kind of a little thing. Other than that, the staff was kind and welcoming.

Pros: Honestly, it was very good in my opinion, had a decent gym and jacuzzi, plus hot breakfast. Rooms were ver clean and the beds were comfortable, which surprised me. Also, this hotel is up to date with the look and decor, very modern and most everything looks very new still.

Cons: Could use a few more options at breakfast. But honestly not much of anything to complain about.

Pros: My daughter is a student athlete at CSU San Marcos. Like the hotel location to the campus along with the friendly staff. Good breakfast options in morning. Close walking distance to several restaurants.

Pros: Great location, good sized room and spacious bathroom. Staff were always smiling and willing to please

Cons: Room 139s air conditioner seems to be malfunctioning. It only cools, and the ground positioning of the blower was a continuous annoyance. Small issue, but it affected our week long stay.

It was a short stay but very comfortable.

Pros: I really liked the sausage links. The scrambled eggs were bland but red salsa helped a lot. Also enjoyed the bold coffee

Cons: I arrived after dark and I had trouble finding any signage to identify the hotel. It was difficult to know if I was in the right place

Pros: Clean, comfortable room. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons: Slightly noisy from the street
