Enjoyed our stay. Easy check in & out. Breakfast staff friendly.

Pros: Rooms were clean & well maintained Loved eco-friendly hotel policies, including every 5 day new towels, water flask refills dispensers paper hot cups instead of foam. Esp liked the Belgian waffles at breakfast bar.

Cons: Cleanliness of Pool & hot tub didn't look inviting... too close to freeway for relaxing.

Cons: todo estuvo bien, excepto que en la madrugada sono la alarma cobtra incendios y tuvimos que salir afuera del hotel., Lo bueno que fue una falsa alarma y no paso a mayores.

Great place for the value. Rooms were clean and staff were very friendly.

Pros: Staff at check in was very nice! Breakfast had a lot of options. Rooms were clean.

Cons: Beds were older. We were on the first floor room 122 and our cousin was directly above us. We could hear her bed squeak every time she turned over.

Good but could have been better

Pros: I wish the room was cleaned regularly. The breakfast menu was a little sparse Minday morning. What happened to the bread and pastries? I wish someone would have told me I had to book through the BW website to get the $50 gift card, especially since I stat there regularly.
