Nice hotel with clean and comfy rooms

Pros: Nice and clean. Good location next to plenty restaurants.

Very nice and quiet - comfortable all around.

Pros: Comfortable room, bedding, and pillows. Nice and quiet made it easier to relax after a day of travel. Room was clean and in order. Staff checking in and out were great! Breakfast was good. An extra bonus is checkout is at Noon, if your travel schedule allows, you can take your time and don't have to feel rushed in the morning trying to vacate the room in time. We would definitely return and suggest this hotel to others.

Cons: I think the light bulb above the desk needed to be replaced. The electrical on the nightstand closest to the window was out - no light, no reading light, no power to charge the cell phone. However, there were ample other outlets available.

Very nice hotel with extras

Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff; nice large lobby with lots of comfortable seating areas; good sized room; comfortable bed; good air-con; very nice gym; lots of power outlets; fairly quiet room was nice; breakfast was very good/plenty of choices; laundry was very good/credit card pay; wifi was good; location was great. We'll return.

Cons: Really minor and not all that necessary but since you asked: soft close lid for toilet would be nice; curtains or shades that really close properly to block out light; luggage rack; bigger trash bins (eg. someone left a few bags of their trash meals in the elevator area); an extra couple blankets would be helpful if not using heat all night; the sliding window at the desk is opaque (that separates the bed area from the lounge area) and that doesn't help block the light when someone is in the bed - might be worth having that as a solid sliding \

Pros: The staff was incredibly helpful, both before my stay and during. Best customer service experience I have had in probably years. I apologize for not remembering specific names, but every person I worked with was great!! Thank you!

Cons: The phone was broken in one room (but when staff were notified they got to work on it). The walls are quite thin, there was a crying baby and loud toddler in the room next door and it was like they were in the room. BUT, the staff was incredibly understanding and ended up moving us within minutes!

Cons: The staff is hit and miss. Some are wonderful and some make you feel like you’re inconveniencing them.

Cons: Not a big deal, but they don’t have a hot tub. I enjoy hot tubs, but that’s minor. It’s a nice hotel.
