Great staff! Try Austins many various cocktails!

Pros: The best hotel in San Diego purely based on the staff alone. They are a great bunch of people and I've built up a great relationship with them, as I stay regularly for work. Stephanie and Austin are the rock of the place.

Pros: We were greeted and checked in by Marley who was friendly, informative, and professional. The room was clean, well appointed, and the bed very comfortable. Also, very good breakfast options in the hotel.

Cons: Yikes! The room was very chilly and a cool breeze came from the bathroom. The bedding was very light. Thankfully, I brought two cozy TV throws from home just in case. I was chilly the whole time.

I’ll book same place again when I need to.

Pros: Basically everything. It's tucked away in a quiet area, but within 5 minutes of tons of restaurants and shopping. The hotel is very clean and has many accommodations like a bar, a restaurant and a little shop that has lots of snacks and necessities. The staff is very nice. The room is big and there's lots of storage, outlets and a fridge and microwave.

Cons: The only thing I didn't like was the bed. It was entirely too hard for me

Marley was great! She made my stay easier. was always the to help, if need be.

Pros: Every thing was spot on. The front desk person, Marley, was excellent. Location was excellent for what I was going to be doing.

Cons: The price of parking was to high! Not to mention the California taxes are exorbitant and traffic is awful!!!! California is trying to nickel and dime the tourist to death.

Good location for visit with nearby family. Bed was large and comfortable.

Pros: Location was good for visiting family inthe area. The parking was convenient and it was good to have the parking at a reduced rate for the 4nights, Thank you.

Cons: Both rooms faced the freeway which we disliked exceedingly. NOISY!! We did not get the adjacent rooms we requested to be close to our family member with whom we traveled…a long jaunt between rooms. We did not need room attention the first few nights, and used the “NO THANKYOU” door hanger to decline service for the first 3 nights. We did not use the “NOTHANKYOU” DOOR HANGER on Sunday thinking housekeeping would deliver clean towels for the 4th night. Alas, there were no clean towels, nor cleaning, nor trash removal. Shower had no hand held sprayer; inconvenient.
