Very recommended

Pros: Excellent location; the room was clean and very comfortable.

Cons: Breakfast would be better if some vegetables were provided.

Pros: Such a great district, many stores and restaurants next to property. We were two families with shared kitchen and living room and two bedrooms - perfect combination! Very satisfied and would recommend to anyone

A very high quality place

Pros: The location is 20 minutes from the downtown, but the surrounding area is full of grocery stores, restaurants, gas stations, and parks. The pool is especially great. The breakfast is also awesome. A great place to save money (relative to hotels in downtown) and relax. Adjacent to town houses, so looks like a very safe place.

Pros: the staff is very friendly and ready to help and it has a great location next to shopping centers.

Cons: it can get to be very noisy and it is difficult to wash clothes when you dont have an american coin, in the future it would be nice to be able to pay by card those washing mashines

Apart from the missed cleaning day we had a great stay and will stay again.

Pros: Staff all very friendly and helpful. Facilities excellent and the property is in a fantastic location.

Cons: Our room was not cleaned on the day booked for a full clean. A solution was found to our satisfaction which was to bring in a cleaner the next day specifically to do the job. The kitchen did not have an electric jug to boil water. We used a saucepan instead. It wasn't a major inconvenience as we didn't bother asking reception for an electric jug. I'm sure one would have been provided had we asked. We need it only to make tea in the mornings. There was a terrible sulphur/gas smell in the evenings from the surrounding gardens on our side of the building. It started a few days after our arrival and we often returned to our accommodation in the late evenings. The smell was not noticeable once inside so it was just unpleasant to walk from the elevator to our room is all.

We loved it and we will definitely come back. I highly recommend this place.

Pros: The facilities and location of the hotel which is near restaurants and shopping center. The staff at the reception are fantastic and very courteous. The beds are clean and comfortable and above all, the place makes you feel at home.

Cons: During busy times, the time for breakfast can be extended to 9 or 9:30. At Christmas breakfast, we felt rushed. The breakfast at Christmas can be explored to make it more festive. But all in all this is comment is not meant to be a negative one, but a suggestion.
