Pros: The breakfast provided was good. I chose this place because it was close to my friend's house. It was convenient because there was an H Mart and a shopping mall nearby.

Pros: Lovely rooms, nice pool, convenient location for visiting San Diego

Pros: Loved the breakfast...selection was wonderful. Needed more towels in my suite for the 6 people we had. And would have also liked an extra box of new Kleenex in room....our TV in our room was a little glitchy.....other than that it was very nice.

Above average stay that could be perfect with a couple of adjustments

Pros: We loved that we could BBQ our own food. The breakfasts were great.

Cons: The shower was awful. No accurate controls only hot and cold and they did not work well. Housekeeping missed us the first day despite us making the necessary requests

Cons: the channels did match the actual show that was presented. Not the biggest issue but it bothered me.

Pros: I liked that it was conveniently located to my office. The room was great and clean. The rooms were pretty quiet considering that is is near the freeway. Front desk/reception staff gave great service.

Cons: Breakfast was not that great. The room was a little dark in the evening.

Pros: The room was very spacious and clean. Michaela at the front desk was very helpful and promptly assisted me with my concern about our room. Tata, Julie, and Gina were all very attentive to our needs during breakfast.

Cons: As a Hilton Honors member, I was given the opportunity to reserve our room a day before check-in. However, on the day of our arrival, our assigned room was changed without prior notice. The lady at the front desk said their supervisor switched our room and did not provide a clear explanation. She just eventually said that the room she is giving us was the last one available. When we finally settled in, I noticed that the room we were given was different from the one I had reserved. I had booked a suite with two double beds, but we were placed in a standard room with one king-sized bed. We were too tired to raise the issue that evening, but upon checking the Booking.com app, I confirmed that our reservation is completely different. The following morning, I spoke with another front desk staff member who was very understanding and promptly adjusted our room rate. I truly appreciate her professionalism and willingness to listen. A big shoutout to Michaela (I hope I spelled your name correctly) for assisting us on October 19 — she was very helpful and attentive to my concerns. Lastly, I’d like to note that the elevator in the property might need maintenance, as it made concerning noises that made it seem like it could break down anytime.

Good stay overall but crappy parking

Pros: Free breakfast, it was nice inside, they have board games just incase you need to wait to check in.

Cons: The parking was horrible. That’s literally my only complaint, we went out with our group when we came back to the hotel after 10 there was literally ZERO PARKING front and back. They had parking by the dennys/pizza restaurant but you risk getting ur car towed. I did complain to the hotel and they told me to just leave it in the round about drive way.

Pros: I liked that the property was very clean and spacious, the bathroom was lovely.

Pros: It was spacious. The location was convenient. It was close to everything and everywhere. The room rate was reasonable. There was free wifi, breakfast and there was a pool, jacuzzi and area for guests to gather.
