Fabulously satisfied

Pros: Diffinetely coming back to stay here for every cheer season. We love the location, the rooms and the employees. I hope by next time the quality of service, food and price tag remains best and affordable. Thank you residence inn

Family-friendly Hotel

Pros: Front desk staff was amazing (especially Ian). They were very welcoming and attentive — and it felt genuine.

Cons: I understand it was an older hotel, but the rooms were worn but I think attentiveness to cleanliness can help offset this (stained carpet and couches, mattress pad for requested crib also had some staining/discoloration), the walls and outlets had random marks/debris that would wipe off (ie like sauce stains on the wall). I don’t think the high chairs in the common area were ever wiped down.

Perfect for a quick night’s stay.

Pros: Convenience to the Tesla supercharger. The size of the room and the kitchen amenities. The front desk gentleman was friendly and accommodating upon my check in.

Cons: The heat was left on 80° so my room was like a sauna when I first arrived. I turned down the temp & when I returned from dinner the room was more comfortable. The fan was quite loud. Bed could have a softer mattress.
