Best Western Poway/San Diego Hotel

Good Value

Pros: Good value and the room was well organized, with all features in good condition. Everything appeared to be well maintained.

Cons: The breakfast area was not up to scratch. We had to ask for cutlery and milk, and it was messy. The yogurt dispenser was not working. Selection was somewhat limited

A good price for a comfortable room in a good, quiet location.

Pros: Simple breakfast offerings but something for everyone: eggs, sausage, waffles, bread and bagels, fresh fruit, cereal. My room was comfortable and clean, everything in working order. Maid service was unexpected as I was only staying two nights and they were nice enough to come back later as I was still in the room at 10am. They swapped out used towels and offered to change the linens, which I declined. Good location near Old Poway Park and many restaurants.

Cons: I found trash on the grounds each day, and the outside trash can in back was filled.

Of the two hotels in Downtown Poway, it is the best choice

Pros: The rooms were large and comfortable. The hotel is pet friendly, in fact they have created a small dog run on the side of the building. Very unexpected, and a nice treat for my dog.

Cons: The rooms are not insulated at all. I could hear what the man in the room behind me was saying on the phone, singing in the shower, and snoring at night.

Pros: Didn't know til the last 2 days -- that your knowledge of am breakfast have morning breakfast. I didn't have breakfast though days I waited for my pickup to visit my family 1-2hrs aways.

Cons: Notifying of the breakfast . Reported my TV remote did not work . I came to my room late in the evening. And it was not corrected. And I didn't want to come to office or let an employee enter my room.

Very nice.

Pros: I love the location. The room was as nice as it could be. The breakfast bar was great! The breakfast bar was my favorite part. I didn't go in the pool but I wanted to. I'll stay here again when Im visiting. :)

Cons: The rooms were a little outdated. There was somewhere in tear as expected, but mostly I would recommend getting the carpets redone cause they felt grimy on the feet.

Would stay again

Pros: The property is very well maintained. Very clean even though it’s a little older property. The breakfast was fresh and again exceptional clean and well maintained. Fantastic staff very accommodating ,friendly and professional.

The stay was very satisfactory and what I would expect from a Best Western facility.

Pros: The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable. Parking was adequate and convenient. The breakfast was good and what one would expect. Will definitely stay there again during our annual trip to the area.

Cons: There really isn't anything we didn't like about the stay. A crew was working on sealing the parking lot but everyone was easy to work with during the endeavor.

Pros: Conveniently located in Poway. Everything we needed to access during this trip was a short distance away.

Nice older hotel, perfect location for our visit.

Pros: Breakfast was only fair, hot items were cold. Would not have been a problem if the breakfast area had a microwave to reheat food items.
