Excellent hotel for the price and location.

Pros: Clean room, fairly quiet, staff was welcoming and the breakfast was good and satisfying

Cons: Parking wasn't too bad, but there is only limited space, especially for a weekend stay

Pros: It is in a good place, it is adequate and comfortable except for the bathroom.

Cons: When I bathe, the water runs out into the local bathroom area when leaving, it can cause an accident. It would be advisable to buy a mat that causes the water to leak out.

Pros: The hotel was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was nice, and the staff were very friendly. The location was perfect for getting back onto the freeway.

Not bad, but not great either.

Pros: The room was comfortable. The window shade was easy to use and good at keeping the sun out, unlike most hotels where the curtains gap. The breakfast was typical hotel fare, but adequate. The staff was great…Welcoming and helpful.

Cons: The rooms are just a little rundown. You had to take the elevator to the second floor to get ice…inconvenient. The cost was high because it was a holiday weekend. I didn’t feel it was worth what we paid.

Wonderful stay with family. Mila at the front desk was so accommodating as we needed more time.

Pros: Breakfast was delicious. Bacon was crisp, eggs were perfect and the Cinnabon was an unexpected treat. Love the varieties of juices, muffins, etc. plenty of fresh coffee and variety of teas.

Booking.com sucks

Pros: It is where we stay when we visit my daughter in San Diego- good breakfast and friendly staff

Cons: Bookings.com! I will never use it again. We went down for four nights but decided not to stay the last night. The hotel staff was willing to t o refund our money but we had to go through Bookings - they tired to reach you by phone and computer- I tied to reach you- they even sent next door to a different hotel to see if we could reach you on their computer- we had to eat the $$ - at least the hotel comped us parking because they felt bad

Clean quiet and very comfortable

Pros: We missed breakfast by 15 minutes but the lady cleaning up made sure we got full plates anyway. Very nice of her
