The Most Beautiful Bay View from 1 Bedroom Apt

Pros: Very confortable, beautiful views, spacious, has everything

Cons: It’s on the 4th floor and doesn’t have elevator, the bathroom curtains don’t stop the water well, it would be cool to have a stove, but these are just details, the place is amazing

Pros: Good location. Street parking available. Easy check in and check out. Nice and clean apartment.

Cons: 4th floor, steep stairs and no elevator

Excellent, I am glad I had chosen this apartment for the vacation.

Pros: Responsive host; clean room provided with everything needed for a comfortable stay. I enjoyed the view from our apartment, and the location is amazing - it's within walking distance from Balboa Park, Little Italy, Gaslamp Quarter, and all the interesting museums and other attractions. I found the bed to be very comfy too.

Cons: Noise-sensitive people may find it overwhelming - you can hear neighbors from adjacent apartments when they are loud. There was nothing truly disturbing that a pair of earplugs couldn't fix.

Pros: Room was clean and beautiful. Good access to Balboa Park. Free parking with in one minute.

Cons: No cooking stove. Noise from upper room.

Lovely accommodation and hosts

Pros: The hosts were absolutely lovely, they were welcoming and helpful. We had quite a bit of laundry to do from our travels and, again, the hosts were very helpful to us while we got ourselves sorted. Thanks so much for your hospitality.

Cons: There was nothing we didn't like

Amazing stay!

Pros: The room is better than my expectations! It is modern and well furnished. The cleaning is satisfying! It is quiet and comfortable. Fir has been helpful during the whole process. The location is perfect: right next to the Balboa Park and 15mins walk from Gaslamp quarter, perfect for tourists. There is a CVS store right next to the building, super convenient. I will come back and stay next time when I am in San Diego.

Pros: Instrucciones precisas para entrar al alojamiento, el lugar tiene buena ubicación. Puedes caminar a Balboa Park y algunos lugares del centro.

Cons: La hora de salida me pareció muy temprano y no pudimos dejar maletas guardadas porque no había nadie en la oficina

Great Place To Stay at while in San Diego! Felt close to everything!

Pros: Great clean place and felt very safe. Great communication from the host.

Cons: Pay attention to which apartment you book. I didn’t realize I had booked a fourth-floor unit and I was miserable going in and out, especially if you hate stairs like I do. It was a nightmare getting all my luggage up and down.

I would stay there again

Pros: The space is pretty good. The locations is pretty convenient. Easy to find parking. Proximity to Balboa Park. The airport and downtown was great.

Cons: I don’t blame the property, but the city of San Diego has good pockets and bad pockets. I wouldn’t stay there as a family because of the street life.

Pros: La ubicación excelente. justo frente al parque Balboa. Las instalaciones son agradables y es espacioso , bonito y limpio!! Tiene todo lo esencial.

Cons: En las noches hay vagabundos al rededor. Pero no tuvimos un solo problema con ellos.
