Pros: What a beautiful place, clean air, and a view of the mountains, it's something special! We will definitely recommend this hotel to all our friends and acquaintances. Already recommend! Thank you very much, it was a wonderful stay! It is a pity that we came only for four days. We will definitely come next year!

Nice friendly staff

Pros: Room was large, housekeeping was quick with bringing extra blankets and toilet paper, the pool was clean and warm, and the staff were helpful and friendly.

Cons: There were people walking through our patio area looking into the room. Upstairs made a lot of noise it was hard to sleep when it sounded like they were rearranging the whole room.

Great vacation destination with good value for the price

Pros: Pools areas were nice but the hot tub in mountain side was not working. No signage at the rock climbing indicating that you needed to book a time

Cons: Suite was dated and the sofa was old. General wear and tear on the unit was starting to show.

We'll be back next year!

Cons: The bed too soft for one of us to get a very good night's sleep, the sofabed even less comfortable. The kitchen was great but the one medium sized pot we had was warped and wouldn't sit properly.

Nice relaxing place to visit

Pros: The location was great. The pool and slide was fun. The room was spacious. There were many options of things to do.

Cons: The room could have been in better shape. The kitchen table wobbled, no measuring cups/spoons or large bowl to use for a salad or baking. The shudders in the windows had paint chipping and looked like they needed repairs. There was only one towel rack, this didn't leave enough space to hang towels to dry. If you want people to reuse their towels, they need a way for them to dry them.

Pros: Checking in was a bit of a problem, had to wait a bit after check in time to get our room. Other than that, it was great. Beautiful views of the mountain. Nice big deck. Great place. We loved it.

Pros: The place was perfect. Although the institute was quite old, everything was clean and sound. My family stayed in the hotel for the whole day because of the hurricane and heavy rain. But we still enjoyed the pool and slide the other day and that was satisfying. Additionally, I really like the kitchen and the equipments.

Cons: Not that close to San Diego(45 mins)

Fun stay, wish we could go back!

Pros: The Welks was great, we would happily stay there again. We enjoyed the pools, slides and playgrounds. Our room was large enough to spread out and enjoy ourselves. The in room deck could be cleaner but everything else was good.
