Perfect mid week getaway!!

Pros: Beautiful location, close to everything but still an escape and very relaxing.

Loved it, wish we could have stayed longer

Pros: Very beautiful, huge rooms, big comfortable bed, cute outdoor seating at the room, lovely pool area, friendly staff

Pros: Peaceful surroundings Lovely little pool area Friendly staff Cabana had a nice and good sized bathroom

Cons: Breakfast was served almost cold and with plastic cutleries / take away boxes. Considering ours cost about 90$, this eating off plastic thing seemed quite unnecessary.

Good but not as good as last year

Pros: Beautiful rooms and linens etc. great veranda for breakfast. Very quiet around the pool. Staff were very professional. Appreciated the bottle of. Wine.

Cons: Lack of service round the pool. Had to go looking for towels.No room cleaning while we stayed. Breakfast no longer included in price.

Beautiful resort and great wine

Pros: Very nice location and beautiful view - the room was perfect. We appreciated the bottle of wine upon arrival. Swimming pool area was great too.

Cons: The restaurant being at their sister location they offered a shuttle but failed to send it back when we were done with our diner. The manager of the restaurant saved the situation and gave us a ride back which was nice - but sounds like an area of improvement for them. There were a couple of other operational glitches but nothing serious.

A lovely resort, if you want peace & quiet this is the resort for you

Pros: The room & the view from it was great, the breakfast was ok & arrived at the requested time every day. All the staff we met were both friendly & helpful

Cons: As the resort is quite a long way from any nearby shops or restaurants it would of been nice if there was a better selection of food & drink available at the resort, especially in the evenings.

A lovely location, big rooms, great view! The new management still has a few kinks to work out.

Pros: The rooms were really big, with an outdoor and indoor seating area- the perfect place to drink wine and bubbles that can be purchased on site for a very reasonable price. The location was very convenient for getting around Temecuala. The view from the room overlooking the vines and getting to watch the sunset was lovely, as was the ability to walk through the vines.

Cons: Even though we booked two rooms on the same reservation, we were split up into two separate buildings. The people we were next to came in late and because there was a shared entrance door that slammed shut, they woke us up multiple nights in a row. It would have been much better if they put us together/ had doors that didn't slam. The breakfast room service was lovely but they didn't pick up the trash after. They explained that they only clean rooms if you are staying more than two nights. but picking up left over breakfast trash should still happen everyday. We even put it outside the room to make pick up easier.

A definite return visit

Pros: Fabulous. Pool service super. Restaurant was berry good and again service exemplary. tasting was great, lovely wines.

Cons: Wish we’d booked a balloon flight.

Pros: I loved the view of the room. Being able to look out into the vineyards from our room and being about to sit outside and enjoy some wine was great. I also loved the huge bathtub in our room it was great.

Cons: I loved everything, only thing I would say is that I did wait about three hours before I was given a room. Luckily, guest services let us access the pool so we can wait there with some nice shade and drinks. We just spent the time in the pool and the three hours flew right by.

Nice stay, nice view, nice staff you will enjoy it.

Pros: The room was spacious and very clean with an absolutely beautiful view and direct access to the vineyards right out our French doors, the bathroom had a large walk in shower w/twin showers and also included a large jacuzzi tub. The continental breakfast had great selections to choose from and was delivered to your door every morning at your designated time.

Cons: These were the small issues we had encountered, the remote was stashed under the bed took a while to locate, the hot water was just barely hot enough to use the jacuzzi tub, and the nextdoor quest had an unauthorized group of people show up which means we lost our front door parking, otherwise all was well.
