Pros: This hotel is so clean. However, is only one years old.So that might have been the reason as well. The staff were very friendly and all the accommodations were there. No complaints

Pros: Excelente ubicación del hotel, cerca de muchos puntos de interés, Personal increiblemente atento en todo momento. Las amenidades del lugar fueron unicamente la cereza del pastel

Cons: Por la temporada, el parque acuático cerraba temprano. Sin embargo fue totalmente aprovechado en las horas que estuvo abierto. Además te dejan continuar pasando tu día en el hotel aún después de haber realizado el check-out

This was the perfect place to celebrate with family our grandson‘s first birthday.

Pros: It is a beautiful resort! The lobby is absolutely stunning. We loved the eating options! A hidden speakeasy bar was a really cool surprise. The view from our room was amazing! We loved the atmosphere around the pools, lazy river, wave, pool, and waterslide. This is a great vacation spot.

We all had a wonderful fun time

Pros: The waterslides wave pool lazy river and jacuzzi. Very comfy

Cons: Better play area. Maybe mini golf.

It was a great experience from staff to pool fun but I wished it had better food / meal options for kids.

Pros: Pools was not over crowded and had lot of options in water fun with kids

Cons: Not very friendly in kids dining options / menu

Pros: The a beautiful view from our room. The pool area was also very nice. The steakhouse was a good experience as well.

Cons: Wish they had more staff to help guests in the front. The lines were pretty big since they only would have 1 or 2 persons helping.

The pool is what makes it such a good experience.

Pros: The pool was what seal the deal. I was looking for a place to relax, and also a pool to accommodate with my son’s needs. Love the fact there were multiple pools that cater to all ages. Very neat and clean! Will definitely stay here again.

Cons: Only down fall is there’s no microwave inside the room.
