Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Mission Viejo Laguna San Juan Capistrano

Pros: Location was perfect. Very quiet area. Staff very welcoming and helpful.

Clean, comfortable and quiet.

Pros: The assortment of breakfast items was great; lots of selection, fresh fruit, oatmeal, breads for toasting, DIY waffles, etc. Delicious coffee. Clean service area. The staff throughout the hotel was friendly, and helpful. The hotel is well-maintained, clean hallways, elevators, etc. Comfortable bed, spotless bathroom, lots of fluffy towels. Easy freeway access and to other shops (Costco, BevMo, In-N-Out). Quiet location despite proximity to fwy. Recommend and would stay there again.

Cons: I like windows that open but that's just me, not a big deal. Unfortunately it's common for rooms to have a heat/ac unit and while the one in my room wasn't noisy, I don't like having the air (warm or cool) blowing on me. So on the bed nearest the machine I arranged the extra pillows to help deflect the blowing air (warm or cool).

Pros: Excellent location for us. Very close to Saddleback College. Very nice breakfast. Excellent sized room, Staff very polite and helpful.

Pros: Great location to visit family and friends near by. Also loved walking the beach in Laguna Niguel.

Pros: The ambiance, nice pool, hot tub and workout gym. Friendly staff, clean room, comfortable bed and it was quiet dispute being full. The breakfast was exceptional. I highly recommend and would stay there again.

Hampton Inn was a lovely hotel, with warm staff and a great location.

Pros: Breakfast was lovely and the bathroom was nice. The location is great for the price to be near the beach. I also appreciated a washer and dryer on site.

Cons: There was just older wall paper that had water stains and carpets that needed to be vacuumed. The staff was lovely, but I feel there could be some upgrades that would make quite a difference. Like hardwood floors in the bedroom

It was pleasant, safe, with nice breakfasts, very clean room with daily housekeeping services, and helpful staff.

Pros: Convenient location away from freeway noise, plenty of convenient free parking, 24/7 staffed front desk/really nice breakfasts and comfortable large dining room, extremely clean, great helpful staff service. Gym, computers and printer, pool. Older facility with tasteful upgrades.

Cons: The place has been updated in important ways, but the in room HVAC system and the television service are lagging. The room fan/heating/cooling unit was slightly noisy and constantly on with no way to turn off. The room TV had very limited DTV/cable channels, mostly sports, and no smart features or streaming services capabilities.

Pros: It was very clean. Breakfast was very good. Very polite staff members.

Cons: They were cleaning the floor middle of they it was very slippery and my daughter fell down.

Pros: I would like a little more variety. The scrambled eggs were good.
