Clean, comfortable and well located

Pros: The location to local amenities, beaches, neighbouring towns and the highway were great. Excellent coffee shops near by. The room wqs so well done, clean and extremely comfortable (great bed). The communication with the staff via message was quick and easy and no ask seemed too much. The use of the surfboards at the closely located Cassidy beach was perfect for a morning surf each day. We had a great stay and would certainly book again!

Cons: Wifi was in and out at times but no biggie!

Different but pleasant stay!

Pros: Quirky “hotel” with no personal contact. It provided everything we needed however for the night we stayed. Like the coffee and doughnuts for breakfast!

Cons: The location - next to a restaurant on the Main Street. Really noisy motorbikes cruising past made sleep difficult.

Perfecto!

Pros: One of the best little “gems” in the US. Privacy, parking, security and the BIKES! Loved the bike, I could ride everywhere. I plan on bringing Scott with me next time.

The most perfect California stay.

Pros: From the moment we drove into the car park of the green room we were so excited. The sky was purple, orange and pink and the sun was setting. We didn’t have to see any staff as checkin is done entirely by yourself - with a code sent to your mobile phone. When we opened our door to our room it took our breath away. Simple, clean, cosy and the texture of everything blew us away. We wanted to stay forever and we wanted to design an entire home like the room we had. Number 9 - my fav number 😍

Cons: Everything was perfect. The only thing we didn’t like was that we had to leave.

Pros: The hotel had a camp ground feel that, but for the location, was more like clamping. The room had a Carmel feel, and was clean and renovated very well. Rating of 9+ was appropriate for the room. With a better location, it would have been a 10.

Cons: The Green Room is on a busy street, although the street noise in the room was minimal. No real services to speak of, but room was well supplied with a good coffee machine.

We really enjoyed the stay!

Pros: Super good value for money, we had everything we needed, free parking, close to the highway, nice neighborhood, good decor. 30 mins to San Diego and about 1 hour and half to Los Angeles.
