Cool place to stay

Pros: We were met by a very pleasant chap who very generously upgraded our rooms FOC. The rooms were excellent, our room was a somewhat quirky with an unusual shower set up. The top floor bar and pool was very nice and the location was also nice for the adults. We were very close to the Gaslamp quarter which was very cool, our kids were a bit on edge there though. I'm not sure it is a perfect family hotel (for location, not facilities) but for hipsters I reckon it ticks every box!

Cons: Nothing - the hotel was very good.

Pros: Great location, staff were friendly and professional.

Cons: Toilet still had previous occupants marks under the seat. I try to make sure the hotel I select does not have a bath shower as I'm not a fan of. But somehow, I ended up with one even though the original selection didn't, and the photos showed a shower.

Pros: It had a lot of art and was very clean. The valet was quick and friendly. The rooms were cozy. The food was delicious and it's located right in the middle of all the shops and bars. Staff was friendly and helpful. I'd stay there again. The room was cozy big shower, very updated, good views from rooftop with comfy seating bar and restaurant and fire pits

Cons: The pool closed at sunset which was early this time of year.

Pros: I loved the room we actually upgraded to the suit and it was perfect for us

Cons: If there was anything I didn't like it would have been not having proper instructions on how to use the cell phone to call for services. Really a small inconvenience to the overall stay.

Pros: Great location, the pool was awesome and the rooms were very comfortable and stylish.

Cons: The only thing would be the bums outside but other than that no complaints!

Pros: Équipement soigné, propre et confortable. Hôtel bien décoré et très bien placé.

Cons: Il manquait des crochets pour les linges! Aucune intimité dans les toilettes à cause de la porte vitrée. Ils ont refusé un paiement cash, c’est ridicule! Parking hors de prix. Trop cher pour la qualité.
