Well priced, in a good location with profesional, super friendly staff.

Pros: Great location. I was there for a conference at the conference centre that was a flat 10 minute walk away. There were ample food outlets available in the immediate area. Breakfast was good.

Cons: This has nothing to do with the property but I wasn't prepared for the number of unfortunate homless people on the streets . At no point did I feel threatened by any of them but it is a tragic state of affairs.

Pros: The location is perfect.The staff is very friendly. Our room was clean..The breakfast is basic but sufficient. We would definitely return to this hotel again.

Cons: The room is on the small side and cleaning is just every other day.

Pros: It is located in the middle of San Diego downtown .there is everything that one can need at a reasonable price. Good breakfast with salt (eggs and salsics) and sweets (pancakes, waffles etc)

Cons: A bit noisy outside resulting in a bit too much noise in the room.

Pros: The staff was exceptional. Celeste is the most kind and helpful hotel personnel I’ve ever met. She deserves a promotion!

Cons: The pillows were high, which means uncomfortable, but they didn’t provide a second type, only this. The heating wasn’t working and they gave me a portable heater which wasn’t working either. San Diego is not cold, but there was humidity in the room, that’s why I wanted the heater.
