Pros: Friendly staff. Nice decor. Functioning facilities - plumbing, water, toilet good. Overall much better than I expected given the bad condition of the exterior.

Cons: Weak shower. Most of the water goes down the drain from the main spicket and not out of the very bad shower head. No tub plug. Very strong stench of Marijuana in the room.
