Pros: The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, and the waffles at breakfast were delicious, and the location is excellent—very close to the old town.

Cons: There was a slight unpleasant smell inside, and parking is available for an additional fee. The breakfast was fairly limited compared to expectations.

Great base for exploring Old Town, Little Italy & Downtown San Diego

Pros: We booked the hotel as it was close to San Diego airport. The room was spacious with a comfy bed. It was around 7 minutes' walk to a fabulous range of cafes and restaurants, plus all the attractions of Old Town. It's around 12 minutes' walk to the Old Town Transit Center with Green and Blue Trolleys taking you to Little Italy, Downtown etc plus all the bus services. It's a great base for exploring San Diego. We visited the USS Midway using the Trolley & it was a superb visit. Highly recommended.

Cons: That we only stayed one night!

2 nights in San Diego

Pros: Great location at the edge of historical Old Town, 5 minutes walk from Transit Centre for trams, buses etc. An ideal base for a short sightseeing stay. Peaceful spacious room. Helpful staff

Cons: A window that opened a bit more would be great, but minor issue. TV and clock instructions for overseas guests would be helpful- but reception may have, I didn't ask. Otherwise a great couple of nights.

Pros: Great location, very comfortable stay, reception staff were helpful and gave great food recommendations.

Cons: The hallway lights are kept on all night which shines into your room. The breakfast staff aren’t friendly or helpful.

Pros: The location was great as long as you don't mind walking as we where right at the outskirts of old town sate park. We took the trolley from old town station whenever we left to go anywhere and the busses afterwards, We bought the Pronto Card, great value for any metro trip. We also took the flyer from the airport. Room was very clean and the staff at the front disk was very friendly.

Cons: The breakfast was very disappointing. Don't bother paying for it unless it's included as part of the price.

Good position with everything you need.

Pros: Very nice room with big comfortable bed, good shower with plenty of hot water and a good Wi-Fi signal. Walking distance to the bus and train station, attractions, bars and restaurants. Breakfast is waffles and muffins, it's the US!
