Had a great time

Pros: basic but clean, good location, young man at reception was amazing, very helpful, gave us information on different places to visit.

Pros: staff was very friendly and attentive. Forgot my babies favorite blanket and they found it in less then 10 minutes and they even found a toy She had left behind and I didn’t even notice.

On the whole, I enjoyed my stay at this hotel.

Pros: I like the location of this hotel and the service for the reasonable price.

Cons: The only thing I did not expect and did not like was the shower head which was not installed on the wall. The one I used looked like for disabled people when care givers controlled and moved the shower head to wherever was needed to give a disabled person a through cleaning job. Cons: Parking. If you are going back to hotel late, it would be hard to find parking

Pros: desayuno practicamente no habia , solo un cafe que habia que ir a buscar a la recepcion, pero no esperaba mas en relacion a precio, y la gente que atiende muy amable. No se puede exigir mas Su amabilidad es un lujo que no se encuentra a cada rato Eso es mejor que cualquier otra cosa material

Pros: Convenient location. Beds are comfortable. Room was quite spacious. Check in staff had a great attitude and was friendly!

Pros: Everything was updated and modern and comfortable. Nice colors too and across Balboa park, it was great.

Cons: The stairs, as a disabled person it was difficult to go up three floors by stairs, there wasn’t an elevator that I could see, so that’s my only complaint.

Cons: The hotel is completely open to the street. There's no fence and no security personel.

Pros: Zimmer waren sauber und die Lage super um alles fußläufig erreichen zu können.

Cons: Der Freeway endet genau neben dem Hotel, sodass es etwas lauter ist.

Pros: Great value, it was exactly what it said, no extras

Cons: There are a lot of homeless for the first couple of blocks toward down town
