Basic, clean, good location.

Pros: No on site catering. We had kitchen facilites which were ample.

Cons: My 100 dollar damage deposit has not been returned to me! I also had to pay an extra 25 dollar late arrival fee. Due to flight being diverted to LA !

Pros: Excellent all the buffet and Restaurants they are available in the complex. Any time you have any to eat and drinks.

Cons: May be the lift they need renovation or maintainers.

Pros: The fromt desk assistance was highly exceptional and very warm. Sam, helped us many times. For a short period of stay we will remember Sam and Point Loma Hotel for this very hospitable experience.

Pros: The hotel is in. a wonderful position, in the Point Loma peninsula, a few miles from Cabrillo NM. Easy parking on the premise, it allows you to reach every significant touristic point of San Diego in minutes!

Pros: Offered us a free upgrade, which was really nice, the room was smaller than expected yet big enough for two people. It's pretty clean.

Cons: The shower was not working properly, but the staff informed us in advance and offered assistance if needed.
