Pros: Excelente atención del personal en toda el área. Incluso mi hermana perdió sus lentes y recorrimos el lugar buscándolos, nos recomendaron ir al área de seguridad y allí estaban. Los olvidó en el restaurante y los objetos se resguardan y se devuelven. Mil gracias por la experiencia!

Pros: This hotel was an absolutely fantastic experience. I came for my birthday. Had the best time. First off the hotel is exceptionally clean. The rooms are fresh and new. The mattress is very comfortable. The bathroom has a large glass shower. There are 3 nice clean pools and 1 Jacuzzi. The steakhouse has delicious food. And most of all, entire staff was so friendly and accommodating...I would love to come stay again.

Pros: I liked the parking. It was safe and plentiful. The restaurants had good food and drink. They did seem to be understaffed.

Cons: They were a little bit under staffed so the wait for food was a little long. The coffee in the room was terrible tasting.

Enjoyable as usual!!!

Pros: It is very convenient off the freeway and I always feel safe here! I live in Arizona and drive to just come to this casino! It’s one of my favorites! You have to stay in Willow section of the casino it’s beautiful. Also everyone that works there is so very nice.

Cons: I really can’t think of anything!
