Pros: The room was very spacious and very comfortable. The staff were welcoming and helpful

Cons: The pool and hot tub were not available, yet still advertised as facilities available on Booking,com Booling.com did not ensure that questions were answered

Wonderful staff, friendly atmosphere, great rooms and pool area.

Pros: The swimming pool and spa are lovely. Easy parking. Very clean and organized. Extra nice things like coffee in the foyer and a little welcome pack. The apartment was well set up. The whole complex feels friendly and there are games and books to borrow. The Mexican restaurant next door is awesome - worth going to just check out the decor.

Cons: The beach directly across the road is stony. It’s about a 20 min walk to a lovely part of the beach, or a 3 min drive. So not too bad!

Pros: We came to Dana point for a music festival and stayed at the Capistrano Surfside inn. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, very informative and nice. the accommodation was big, comfy, well equipped and well maintained. we really enjoyed our stay, the only thing is that (I assume) because of the festival the price of the room was extremely high, which made value for money relatively low. Under any other circumstances and if I didn't attend the festival I wouldn't have chosen to stay there for that price.

Pros: A nice quiet place near the ocean. Very convenient, barbecue on the balcony.

Pros: When my husband was unwell the staff told us where we could get help catered for our needs at check out so we didn't need to take all our luggage to the Urgent Care facility.

Excellent value for money close to elite areas

Pros: Huge, clean rooms — basically an apartment with all amenities including kitchen. Views of the beach. Friendly staff.

Cons: The views include the highway and the railroad, can get very noisy.

Comfortable and easy access

Pros: Good location to access from a major highway and very close to beaches and restaurants

Pros: Everything was fantastic. The room was meticulously cleaned, the bed was very comfortable, the kitchen was filled with everything you could need and the staff were incredibly friendly. The location, right across the street from the beach, couldn't have been better. The pictures don't do it justice. So do yourself a favor and book this hotel, you will not be sorry.

Pros: Great location on the coast, convenient to nearby towns without being in town. The room was especially spacious with kitchenette and separate bedroom.

Cons: As noted by others, half the rooms have a view of the hillside. This has pros and cons. You don’t hear the highway, and you don’t see the ocean.

Pros: First and foremost the staff were friendly, knowledgeable, engaging and accomodating! Location was great and layout of our 1 bedroom suite perfect for 3 adults. Kitchen super well equipped, beach towels included in unit , beach chairs easily available for use at beach across the street. Really overall layout and furnishings were perfect!!
