Location, location, location.

Pros: Location was beautiful, room was good, restaurant was very good, nice pool-hot tub area with warm water! We also thought every staff person was extremely friendly and helpful.

Cons: Soundproofing could be better. Noise reached us from hallway and adjacent rooms.

Beautiful hotel in Dana Point

Pros: Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Lobby and other public areas are well maintained. Room layout is different in a good way. The spa was awesome.

Cons: Major outside spaces are under a year-long renovation. Gym is nice but the one piece of equipment i wanted to use was broken. The spa with a massage was extremely expensive. Men's steam was out of service but apparently women's was good. Even self parking is charged at an exorbitant rate. Should be in the room rate, especially for CA residents.

Perfect place to stay, just a bit pricy.

Pros: Very good hotel. Super comfortable and well located. Restaurant is great and has a good variety for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The park just next to the hotel is stunning! The staff is super friendly and helpful. The pool is great!

Cons: Nothing to complain.

Perfect weekend getaway, nice amenities and staff

Pros: Location, pool, cleanliness, people, family friendly

Cons: Pricey, rooms were not soundproof ( you can hear doors closing, people walking).

Pros: The location is breathtaking and the whole atmosphere in the hotel is beautiful. We were assisted by a very considerate front desk employee, Erin, who was exceptional in her professional attitude and service.

Cons: The rooms need a little brush up, we haven't noticed any updates since 2019.

Very accommodating and quick to help, also left us a surprise for my wife birthday.

Pros: The staff were welcoming and friendly, while the views were absolutely gorgeous.

Cons: Nothing was bad about the property per se, the only thing that was unfortunate was about booking through booking.com. Apparently the room I booked and paid for was in fact, unavailable as I found out when we arrived at check in. But the staff were very gracious and happy to help work with us to find a solution.

Amazing clean and beautiful location

Pros: Great location staff was very attentive. I asked housekeeping for toiletries as I did. Ot want my room clean and they responded quickly and efficiently meeting my needs. Staff was welcoming and amazing things for kids to spend time with. Staff made sure we were new kids room and pool which I highly appreciated

Pros: Bed and pillows were so comfortable. Shower was amazing. Room service immediate. Grounds beautiful. Parking easy but expensive.
