Hilton Garden Inn Dana Point Doheny Beach

Pros: Staff was amazing. Hotel was clean and perfect location to the beach.

Cons: The room I stayed in was too warm.

Overall the staff were all very kind and helpful the property was beautiful, clean and a terrific location.

Pros: The Valet staff were exceptional. Very Kind. Very helpful especially with suitcases.

Cons: At the front desk line, there was a long wait. One guest kept asking the same question different ways and the front desk person tried to help her, but she the guest kept holding up the line. At that point more front desk staff should have been called to help other guests. Many people are in a hurry to catch flights so, need to move the check out line quickly.

It was amazing and truly exceeded my expectations.

Pros: All meals were excellent. Staff was very friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. Everything was really clean. The bar area was comfortable and a nice place to relax at the end of the day.

Stay was good but this misunderstanding with payment spoil all impresion

Pros: Room and bed were good. The coffee maker in the room was convenient, as we were in a hurry to leave and didn't want to waste time on breakfast. The elevator from the parking lot to our floor was also a welcome convenience.

Cons: The view from the window was nothing special. But for some inexplicable reason, I was charged double the price. According to the invoice I received from you on December 12, 2025, US$321.78 was charged to my card. I also used the parking, the price of which should have been added to the amount already paid. But now there is a charge of US$362.07 from the hotel dated December 18, 2025, pending on my account. I would like an explanation.

Pros: I stay here each time I travel to work near here. It's always consistenantly clean and a great staff. Free Breakfast would make this place a 10.

Pros: The facility and location is very good, clean and comfortable. We were not notified at check in that if we needed any room service we needed to request it. Also, be aware that if you need to park in the facility they charge $45 a day for parking. If you are staying for a couple of days, is okay. But if you a looking to stay several days, take in consideration the parking cost in comparison with other hotel options around the area.

The staff was amazing. Everyone was friendly and went above and beyond with the service

Pros: I love how convenient everything was. There was a restaurant inside the hotel along with a bar, a gym, and 24/7 snacks. It was also right across the street from the beach.

Cons: Everything closed at 9pm.

Perfect 4th July Fireworks spot!

Pros: Little older property but great location staff and rooms.
