Pros: My favorite hotel! It’s the perfect hotel for a staycation! Ken helped with my check in when there was slight confusion. He was professional, kind and resolved issue with ease. Thank you for a great stay! Coming back next week!!!

Cons: Nothing, I tried to think of something and can’t. Just wish it was sunny my last day there! Lol

Great hotel, great service

Pros: The hotel has a wonderful staff and it is located in from of the ocean and a few minutes from the public beach. The pool is nice and the spa was also really nice. The restaurant has good food and we enjoyed the view.

Good hotel for a 4 stars, price of a 5 stars hotel

Pros: Location was excellent , right on the beach. The front desks receptionists and pool employees were really really nice and supportive.

Cons: The hotel needs refurbishment. It is really old, the carpet in the room very old and dirty. In the breakfast restaurant it was dark and in fact it was positioned in a lobby for tourists to go to the pool at the first floor with a bad smell of chlorine on the way. The pool was very crowded and with a public pool feeling.

Great family trip and incredible area

Pros: Incredible views, beautiful room and location. Very upscale with great activities for kids and adults.

Pros: there is so much to love. the location and charm make this my favourite place to stay in Laguna. the location is ... transformational. watch the dolphins pass, lounge by the pool, have a well made drink, enjoy the spa. it's a holiday.

Cons: it needs some renovation/work )imagine it's hard to keep a place so close to the sea looking super shiny). the spa steam was broken - I think given the prices here it would be good to give some add ons to treatment or something when that happens. still--- the place is magic and the spa facilities delivered.

Wonderful night away in Laguna!

Pros: Loved everything about this place. Provided an amazing little escape from reality!

Pros: View was incredible! Hearing the waves constantly and location..great coffee bar too!

Cons: Price is a little steep for more of a boutique hotel with not quite as many amenities as larger resorts of same price.
