Pros: Very clean . Laundry was a bonus for a family with toddlers.

Cons: Next door neighbor were doing birthday party until 1am. Wish they had a strict policy since the wall is thin.

Pros: It was really close to the pier for an amazing rate. Facilities were nice and clean. High water pressure and good ac. Just a small walk to some amazing places around downtown. Private parking was such a nice amenity too.

Cons: Could be a little more private for couples. Would highly, highly recommend for small families. The street was a little gross, but just walk 2 blocks, and it's fine again. Can't fault the owners for the nature of a big city, though. .
