Pros: Super home style cooking , homely feeling, natural food

Cons: Possibly some decor to make it more homely..!

Pros: Great place. Breakfast and lunch in little cafe downstairs is great. Really close to airport. Good restaurants around. Little record shop downstairs is a bonus. Spacious studio.

Great for a short stay and solo travellers and couples. Perfect location

Pros: The room was exactly what I needed. The location was PERFECT: super central in Hillcrest and close to coffee shops, restaurants, and bars within walking distance, which is what I wanted. The bed was super comfy, and I was lucky with my neighbours as I had a very quiet and peaceful stay.

Cons: The check-in process could be better. The receptionist took my credit card, and I got a text with the room codes. That's about it. I would have appreciated more information on how to lock the door on your way out, a reminder of how to use the AC, etc. Also, the remote control has a weird design and finding the volume was challenging. For instance, these little bits of extra info in a Welcome letter in the room would be great. A more personalised check-in experience would have been appreciated. I still 100% recommend this place to any solo travellers or couples who want to be centrally located in Hillcrest.

Great Hotel

Pros: Lovely rooms, nicely designed with plenty of amenities, great location with cool views, easy check-in/check-out. The hotel was spotlessly clean.

Cons: Would be nice to have more vegan options at the restaurant and a place to hang or fold clothes in the room.

Pros: Great location. Quirky room. Fun with teenagers. Good parking (undercover and spacious). Nice cafe/bakery incorporated (didn't take advantage of it, but nice to know it was there). Very easy location to travel to and from. Would stay again.

Cons: The maintenance in the room was a bit poor: The tap fitting was loose. The A/C unit was under the table/bench, making the floor very cold (unpleasant), but not reaching the loft box rooms, meaning they were very warm (it was August).

Pros: It's a really nice neighborhood/area to be in. The bed was comfy. It has everything we needed for a short stay.

Cons: The bathroom door had no way to stay closed.

Best in town

Pros: The hotel is amazingly well laid out, with rooms on several levels, which makes it feel very spacious and like you have rented a whole flat. The location and ground floor cafe (run by two wonderful people) are excellent, as is the wifi. I had some very good days there.

Cons: All perfect!

Pros: Comfortable and staff was very kind and hospitable.

Cons: I think it needs some upkeep. Needs fresh paint and could be a bit cleaner.

Pros: Loved the locations and the cafe downstairs. Paul was great and it was beautifully furnished.

Cons: The Internet was weaker than we liked, the tv connection was spotty and there was no clothing storage (closet or drawer) so that was hard.

Loved the set up, bed super comfortable and will stay again!

Cons: Only thing I have to contribute is that the room needs a little TLC. It was clean just needs some fresh paint and a little caulking/repair at shower
