Pros: We stayed in a fantastic suite with an even better ocean view after having been upgraded free of charge. Very nice traditional luxury vibe.

Cons: Our first room had some issues but we were immediately taken care of and upgraded to a fantastic suite after having made the friendly staff aware of the issue.

Wonderful

Pros: Beautiful hotel. Perfect location super close to beach - could hear the waves from our bedroom which was wonderful. The staff - honestly incredible. From the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out everyone couldn’t have been more helpful

The LaValencia is truly a one of a kind and special property!

Pros: The room was comfortable and quiet. The view was spectacular and we loved where we were located in LaJolla-we walked everywhere!

Cons: I can't think of anything I didn't like.

Pros: The location was fantastic. The barman at the pool was attentive and friendly. Breakfast was excellent. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Best value for a luxury hotel

Pros: The staff were very nice and helpful. Excellent, kind service is no longer common when traveling, but not so at La Valencia. We felt comfortable and it was indeed a good value.

Mejorar habitaciones, lo demás 10/10

Pros: La ubicación está perfecta, tiene una hermosa vista, las áreas comunes están muy lindas, el desayuno estuvo delicioso y los drinks del bar muy ricos también, todo el personal muy agradable y servicial.

Cons: El hotel es viejo, necesitan mejoran las habitaciones, relación calidad precio no me parecen adecuadas las habitaciones, muy pequeña y el colchón estaba súper duro, nada confortable, el balón también muy pequeño, yo reservé frente al mal, así que eso era lo único bonito que tenía mi habitación. Así como todas las áreas comunes las tienes lindisimas, debería de ser lo mismo con las habitacione. En general todo lo demás encantada.
