Casa De La Playa

Pros: I had a great stay at the Casa De La Playa. It is in a quiet, scenic part of town. The staff are lovely and helpful, the rooms are reasonably priced and comfortable. Would happily book again.

Pros: Prior to our stay, we were honestly a bit concerned by a recent bad review for this accomodation on Booking. However, we found our stay very pleasant! The location is superb, and yes, while the communication (e.g., for check-in) could be improved, we would still highly recommend it and stay again (given the price stays the same).

Pros: Property was lovely and well located across from the ocean. Apartment was comfortable and spotlessly clean.

Pros: I liked the value, location, and the quiet at nights.

Cons: I didn't like the noise of the construction next door, the whistling sound the shower made while water was running, and that there was only decaffeinated coffee available in the kitchen.

Pros: Tutto! Posizione stratosferica, casa comoda e accogliente con tutto il necessario e jacuzzi per rilassarsi la sera.

Beautiful location and amazing value!

Pros: Adorable property right next to the beach and close to lots of restaurants/bars/shops. Really the perfect La Jolla location. Incredibly kind staff and amazing value.

Cons: There was some leftover sand from the previous guest on the ground but perfectly clean and comfortable otherwise.

Over all stay was amazing! Already recommend to family and friends people.

Pros: Location was amazing and the parking was not as bad. Definitely would book again and my favorite is being able to wash clothes and cook breakfast.

Cons: Only down fall I was not able to use the pull out bed. The bed was very dirty and looked like it was 20 years old. Maybe replace it and all a layer of protection to keep it clean.

Most Relaxing Beach Weekend

Pros: Casa De La Playa was amazing and so tranquil. We had an ocean view every morning and throughly enjoyed the cleanliness and hospitality of the staff. They have laundry on site as well as games, books, a jacuzzi, a BBQ, plus more. We can’t wait to come back!

Very relaxing and enjoyable

Pros: Loved the proximity to the beach. Staff very friendly and helpful. Got us in way before posted checkin time. Very comfortable. Will try to stay there again.

Cons: No designated parking. Had to move car every 2 hrs until finding a free spot

Pros: How beautiful the surroundings were. How close the little beach and ocean were.

Cons: It was a little warm in the apartment but we found a fan and it helped cool it down a bit.
