Wonderful place to stay and reasonably priced given the location at Del Mar

Nice location with a good balance for price/quality with many restaurants at walking distance.

Pros: Nice location with a good balance for price/quality. There are many restaurants at walking distance.

Cons: Even though it is located very close to the beach, the railway track complicates walking to the beach. The breakfast is a small breakfast bar outside but was not open on Saturday.

Amazing staff and facilities, very clean.

Pros: Location to downtown Del Mar retail strip was walking distance. Sea view rooms were great. Hotel was spotless.

The cheapest and still good place to be in Del Mar. Perfect location

Pros: Location. Size of the room, unexpected kitchenette, free coffee and tea as well as water with lemon and oranges (very nice), very close to bus (101 is great) and shops, feel very safe, open swimming pool (not heather)

Cons: Style, but this is not a major issue at all

Friendly comfortable stay in Del Mar!

Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff. Great place to stay. More expensive than hotels in other local towns as you are staying in Del Mar but it's a really nice safe town. Excellent pool and jacuzzi area containing a fire pit to warm you up and pool towels that are laid out for you. Stayed 4 nights and would book here again! Also an excellent and very busy Mexican restaurant, En Fuego Cantina, in walking distance. Worth going to if you like Mexican food.

Cons: The onsite small cafe could have been better supplied with breakfast options to make this stay even better.
