À very nice experience in borrego springs

Pros: Excellent traditional small motel, well managed . Professional and friendly staff

Very comfortable near center of town

Pros: No breakfast available at hotel. But very good breakfast options in town.Hotel was very good for the 135 Dollars per night.Parking in front of room was very comfortable.

Cons: No complains.

Pros: Perfect location to the town' Loved the fire pit and the area to observe all the stars

Pros: This older style motel is just outside of downtown Borrego Springs which makes it easily walkable. The units have been completely updated with new fixtures, plumbing and heating and air. Beautifully landscaped with native plants. The units are immaculate and well stocked offering snacks and water in the fridges and plenty of pod coffee or teas. The additions of common areas add much to the home like feel and usefulness of the property. We had some rain while here and the club house offered panoramic views and warmth while we sipped our tea. The staff/ manager were available and helpful.

Unique, charming motel with many thoughtful touches

Pros: It is a motel but unique in the fact that it's not cookie cutter in any way. The main attraction is the simplicity and elegant charm that encourages you to disconnect from the world (no TV yay) and engage with nature fully. Loved the community feel and the options for a shared fire, barbeque, library and even a little clubhouse room and many other thoughtful touches. Very nice and central location in the town of Borrego Springs, literally walking distance to all the food options (but don't recommend walking after sunset as it is truly a dark sky community). We also appreciated the seamless check in-check out system and the overall eco-friendly style.

Welcoming Borrego Springs Motel

Pros: Location was wonderful, amenities and hospitality were spectacular. Staff was very welcoming and helpful.

Cons: Only slight inconvenience was the plastic mattress cover under the fitted sheet. It made the fitted sheet come off from the corners anytime you turned over or the fitted sheet would be very loose and bunch up.

Simple but comfortable room with great hospitality and great location near the main traffic circle

Pros: It's an older motel that has been lovingly renovated. This could have been lackluster if it had not been done with such thoughtfulness and care. It was clean and comfortable, with many little added touches. For example, I am a coffee drinker and there was a large bowl of coffee pods and several creamers in the room when I arrived. Most hotels are very stingy with their coffee in the room, and don't even provide creamers. There was also a cabinet with extra supplies (sunscreen, more coffee pods, etc.) that was available in the hall if anyone needed something. Although I didn't personally take advantage of it, there was a swimming pool and three outdoor spaces (one with a grill, one with a firepit) for families or groups to gather. Parking was right in front of the door. Three decent restaurants in walking distance (must be willing to walk on sandy road shoulder).

Cons: The internet was weak but I was grateful for it as I needed to plan and map my daily adventures using my phone. The manager was somewhat absentee but that can be a plus if you're an introvert Lol!

Great stay overall. Will definitely be back.

Pros: Great location. Very quiet. Comfortable room. There is much more to this place than a typical Motel. Outdoor seating areas and a BBQ. Open firpit with seasoned wood. A game room. Much love has been put into this place.

Cons: The bathroom door was difficult to close. Needs fixed. The heating system, likely in the attic, was somewhat noisy at night.

Pros: We had a wonderful experience at this motel. The room was charming, clean, convenient, and affordable and the pool was refreshing. The host was accommodating and even recommended that we visit a floral bloom down the road which was spectacular.

Very well designed and coordinated

Pros: Well designed and very considerate. The directions were easy to follow and I could easily get what I needed. Very thoughtful person must be running it, I could tell.

Cons: I understand there’s no cleaning in stays less than 5 days. Just needed a cleaning material such as broom so I could clean myself.
