Staff was amazing, room was exactly what was expected.

Pros: Very accommodating, lady at the front desk ( I can’t remember her name :( ) was phenomenal. Bathrooms were clean, room was clean, balcony had a ton of plants making it feel amazing. Balcony was fabulous. We just needed a private room/bed and have really started loving the local hostels.

Cons: Nothing we didn’t “like.” Only things we could suggest are amenities….even for purchase, continental breakfast ish things, drinks for purchase…. Loved the place and staff. Not one bad thing to say.

Pros: Great place. Just as expected in advert. Front staff were nice, cool, friendly & accommodating.

Cons: Not any specific problem...... .....but like any hostel, or travelers hotel, there should be a requirement (or law) to have private walled off unit for guests that are lockable from the inside like some places have, or European countries have or offer like pods or cubicles separated and lockable to ensure safety while sleeping. Some people are not there for traveling or visiting the area and can/do steal, plug smartphones, cameras, thumbdrives into their laptops, use/alter their personal devices (to; search, instal stalkerware/malware, or corrupt/destroy their device forcing them to buy a new one, etc) or can take a guest's personal belongings, ID's, etc when innocently sleeping. It happens.

Pros: Location was epic the price was very good especially being on a tight budget was able to relax and enjoy my surroundings without worrying that I may not be able to get a place to stay location was close to stores dining and trolley stop ,very nice dorm mates and front desk had great customer service, all Beds were very new ,all bedding was clean and bed itself neatly made, wonderful views .will definitely come here again 👍😁💯

Shhh, know...but don't spread it around! This place is a Gem.

Pros: Each stay is a wonderful stay. It is only fair that I share this ... but I am reluctant, because I am afraid that if it gets out what a gem of a place this is, it will become more crowded, less available, and the price will end up going up ... It has a full functioning kitchen. It is quiet. The showers are hot and good pressure (I used the 'stand alone' shower). It has a skylight in there. I liked that. A convenience store is a couple of blocks away. Restaurants, also, are close by. A, relatively, short walk to Transit Station through iconic Little Italy area. You can see the water and boats that are in the Harbor. It's NICE to see blue sky and blue water on a sparkling San Diego sunshine day! It is not like other \

Muy buena ubicación, cerca del aeropuerto.

Pros: La habitación esta muy limpia e individual. La ubicación es excelente. Los baños aunque son compartidos están muy limpios. Hay servicio de cafe gratuito y microondas en el area de cocina. En mi habitación había un pequeño refrigerador.

Cons: El personal es amable pero hay horarios de atención, así que tienes que esperar para hacer el check in. Tienes que llevar tu propio jabón, shampoo y toalla.

Mark is the heart of this place I'd come back anytime

Pros: Mark and dezzy with the extra mile with me I chose to stay here over a billion dollar hotel You're really family here!

Cons: There is a rude gentleman cussing at people but the owner didn't tolerate it right away and hired someone new! That was amazing she walked in her too we're all equal and she helped a woman on the house!
