Pros: Easy to get settled in. Clear instructions to access door codes. No complications to get in and out.

Cons: The mattress was to foamy. They need to put real mattresses. The foam block I had for a bed destroyed my back.

Pros: Very streamline service. Great price. Clean room, comfy bed. Good wifi connection. Pretty much everything I needed for a short stay near the airport

Pros: Decently priced for a great location, especially if you are visiting a convention at the SD convention center. The person responsible for the hotel was very easy to reach and very friendly.

It was everything we were looking for

Pros: Location was great for the baseball games we came to see. Lots of places(food and breweries) to visit within walking distance.

Pros: Great location in Gaslamp District but quiet, local bars/restuarants a short walk away for amazing food. Comfy rooms and good value. Easy check in - all electronic (no contact with person)

Cons: A little tricky to find as hotel name not showing on Ride Share Apps (Lyft/Uber) - had to put in neighbouring hotel name.

Nice hotel close to everything, great value

Pros: Location of the hotel is superb, pharmacy, restaurants, stores and the old town are right next door, quite close to the airport and the cruise port as well and it wasn't busy or noisy either. I really enjoyed the self check-in method, it was super easy, received all the instructions and door codes via email, so when I've arrived I just had to let myself in. Room was basically new and clean and the bed was comfy as well. Rita is super friendly and super nice, I didn't have any question or issue, but I saw her carrying around her phone and papers all the time, so she is always ready to help with any questions others might have. Overall great value for the money.

Great customer service and comfortable clean rooms

Pros: Very convenient and hassle free late night check in process. Clean and comfortable rooms to crash due the unexpected layover or no need for other bigger hotel chains unnecessary amenities that most people don’t even use. But if you do have any problems. Their customer service and care support number has a real person to help you out, throughout the day or evening.

Pros: I liked that the facilities were clean and comfortable. Rita also went above and beyond to accommodate my suitcases on checkout day past my checkout time due to unforeseen circumstances. I would definitely recommend this to other solo travelers.

Cons: I did see a couple of flies in my room, but overall this was a minor issue and the facilities themselves were clean. I would have also preferred some additional toiletries, but a generally manageable experience overall.

If you’re looking for a place to just rest your head and reset for the night. Here’s your place.

Pros: Love the conveniency of the location. The prices were the best, compared to the plenty of overpriced airbnbs. It’s a great place to stay for a weekend if you plan on spending most of your days out. The room we had didn’t have an abundant amount of space, just the necessities. Bed, bathroom w/ shower, AC, chair, and small luggage storage. Which is perfect, makes me think how much wasted space we use at times.

Cons: The only negative thing I do have to say, was it had a slight scent of dog pee. Not sure if it was from people staying there? It wasn’t a huge deal for us since we were hardly there, but it did smell every time we went up the stairs. Elevators were fine, in fact they even had frebreeze in there!
