Lovely Studio w Full Kitchen in Heart of San Diego

I was very pleased with this place. It was excellent value for money.

Pros: The property was very clean and very secure. Security is important for solo travelers. The studio had everything one could need. The location was handy across from the Balboa Park.

Cons: Some of the other guests were inconsiderate and kept running on the stairs to flats above.

Definitely recommend this great property to anyone looking for a stay in San Diego

Pros: Great location near the Balboa Park, secure car parking (extra cost), clean room, very friendly and helpful staff. There's a communal washing machine and dryer that needs coins (though I think this should have been made clearer in the description; or maybe I missed it). Overall we did enjoy our stay with some caveats below to be aware of.

Great location, very well presented apartment.

Pros: Great location opposite Balboa Park, lots of bus routes nearby and a short walk to downtown. Apartment was immaculately presented and very comfortable. AC worked well in hot weather. Getting access using multiple codes worked seamlessly.

Cons: I didn't realise (my fault for not checking) that there is no lift access. Fortunately I had an apartment on the first floor, otherwise getting my heavy bag up and down what looked like some steep steps to the upper floors would have been a challenge. Another bath towel would have been good.

Pros: Tolles Zimmer. Perfekt Lage. Sehr netter Service. :) Wir würden definitiv wieder kommen!

Cons: Leider hat es sehr lange gedauert, bis man warmes Wasser hatte. Die Nachbarn von der Wohnung drüber man relativ laut gehört. Und die Folie auf dem Matratze hat wirklich sehr gestört. Aber das sind nur Kleinigkeiten!!!! :)

Roomy place to stay near the park and downtown with a terrific host.

Pros: The host was friendly and very helpful with every request I made. The room has plenty of space, a comfortable bed, multiple TFV options, and a small kitchen.

Cons: Nothing major comes to mind.

Pros: It was comfortable and had the basic amenities I needed

Cons: I had to wait for a long time to run the shower for warm water

Lovely stay.

Pros: The accommodation was secure and it was a nice cosy room, the staff were friendly and was in a great location near Balboa park and Gas lamp district. And great TV, enjoyed watching some of my favourite shows. The beds were comfortable, nice pillows.

Cons: It said there were 3 beds, so we all thought we would have our own space. But it was one double bed and one pull out bed. So yes there were 3 sleeping spaces, but not 3 beds. It was very cosy....

Great experience! Will return!
